System of artistic and aesthetic development of preschool children based on national and cultural traditions of Krasnodarsky krai as a means of spiritual and moral education

The article deals with the urgent direction of the modernization of preschool education - artistic and aesthetic development as one of the basic means of spiritual and moral, cultural personality education. There is substantiated and presented the working system of spiritual and moral education of preschool children based on the active children including in artistic and aesthetic activities.
