System and mechanisms social management of recruitment of non-state universities

The article deals with the problems of modern domestic non-state education. Non-governmental institutions of higher learning are considered as a branch of the social sphere. The author determines, explores and justifies the rational ways of social management of the staffing of non-state universities in modern conditions. Recommendations are given to work with applicants.
