The system and nomenclature of stuff professional compliance indicators in the organization

The article focuses on the efficient allocation of workers across jobs in the organization through an integrated indicator of professional competence, that needs adjusting of groups and individual characteristics nomenclature. The author carried out a legal assessment of the concept of "competencies", as well as the analysis of domestic and ^ foreign scientific works in the ^ field of personnel management allowed us to identify five main clusters in the group of individual qualities.
