System of economic safety at mesolevel

It is noticed in the article that as a result of financial and economic crisis the problem of economic safety of labour became especially actual. Below critical level many experts offer to develop state regulation measures for decrease in danger of loss of work, decrease in a payment at mesolevel with application of the methodology including a tree of the purposes, principles, management structure, methods of diagnostics of system of maintenance of economic safety of work. Diagnostics method includes: the developed system of primary economic indicators of functioning of subjects of the mesolevel expressly or by implication reflecting levels of economic safety of work; the scheme of forecasting and convolution of indicators. For the analysis of crisis situations the group of indicators of an estimation of a condition and level of economic safety of creative work is presented.
