Key indicator system implementation of state youth policy: basic problems and features of formation on the example of Perm region

The paper considers the process of forming a system of key indicators of state youth policy of the Russian Federation, as well as its current work. The authors analyze it in terms of the ratio of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The features of the criteria, as well as their positive and negative features in the system of key indicators are considered. The features and features of work in the system of key indicators of the leading regions of the state youth policy implementation rating are highlighted. The authors highlight the main characteristic features of working with youth in the regions, within the framework of the system. Particular attention is paid to the position of the Perm Territory in the all-Russian rating of the system of key indicators of youth policy, errors in working with criteria and identifying weaknesses in the region in the system.
