Control system in the area of public administration abroad: basic concepts and institutions

The article is devoted to the regulation of administrative activities in foreign countries. The main types of control and its place among other ways of regulating the actions of the administration in the public interest are characterized. The conceptual bases of the evolution of institutions that provide monitoring, evaluation of efficiency, the development of standards and directions for reforming public administration as activities for the provision of public services are considered.
