The article is devoted to the selection of a system of key indicators for inventory management for the confectionary company. Key figures for controlling are proposed. An algorithm of preventive and corrective actions to reduce illiquids has been developed. An improved algorithm of the process of purchasing raw materials is proposed in order to prevent illiquids.
