In article the system of cultural values representing set of various conditions and factors is considered (fundamental and basic: innovations, traditions, values; sign and symbolical: ideas, meanings, indexes, values; functional and structural: communicative, information, interactive; organizational and managerial: material, financial, administrative), created by subjects of art process and influencing esthetic and spiritual and moral development and self-development of the personality.
