System of quality management (SQM) at the enterprise: notion, objectives and goalls. Problems of introduction of SQM and ways of their solution

The article deals with the question of necessity to introduce the system of quality management in order to improve the enterprise competitiveness. Within the framework of this study the question about the key tasks of SQM within the enterprises is uncovered. The author considers the key problems of SQM implementation at Russian enterprises as well as works out main directions of their solution.
