The article is devoted to the problem of the quality management system in the city of Belgorod. The objectives of the study of this problem are as follows: to identify the features of the quality management system in the field of tourism, as well as to consider the quality of management in this area on the example of the city of Belgorod. Research methods: selection and analysis of scientific and educational literature on the research topic, as well as analysis of the activities of tourism managers in Belgorod.
