The world economic system in the conditions of the new economic order

The article discusses the problems of formation of a new economic order, strengthening of Russia's position as a full subject of international economic relations. However, the attempt to solve problems both in the domestic and international level. Overcoming internal crisis and ensuring the integration of Russia into the global economic system is possible in the implementation of the concept of international relations with the participation in the international division of labor through the development of a mechanism of economic integration. We have proposed clustering technology in the development of interregional relations and strengthen integration processes.
