The paper analyzes the structure of the meat supply (relative proportions of meat from domestic and wild animals in their diet) South Urals population in the Late Bronze Age, based on the analysis of osteological spectra of the settlements. Working methods based on the use of weighting coefficients pets. Researches showed predominance of beef meat in the diet of the population of the Late Bronze Age of the Southern Trans-Urals.
