Civil service motivation system: factor analysis

This article identifies the features of motivation of public servants. The factors of motivation in the public service are considered and two main groups are identified, such as tangible and intangible. Among the material ones, wages were allocated, which include wages and bonuses, and non-monetary forms represented by permits, subsidies, and social guarantees were also indicated. Intangible factors are presented in more detail, as they are more diverse and can be applied individually to each employee, which emphasizes their significance in the problems we are considering. As a result, we carried out an analysis of the effectiveness of the system of motivation of public servants in the Russian Federation and proposed options for improving its productivity.
