Motivation system as a scientific category of economic theory and organization management theory

Бесплатный доступ

Currently, in various economic and human resources literature, much is written about the importance of creating an “effective” motivation system in organizations. However, as a rule, a clear understanding of the essence and content of the motivation system is not given. Moreover, often the motivation system is determined by the authors of modern economic literature, either as a set of tasks for stimulating staff, or as a management tool that makes it possible to influence employees, etc. However, when considering the motivation system in organizations, many authors talk about the use of incentives in motivation staff. As a result of this, the authors use the concepts of the incentive system, motivation and incentive system, etc. as equivalent, as a synonym for the concept of a motivation system in various literary sources. This approach confuses the consideration of the problems of creating “effective” motivation systems in organizations. This necessitates consideration from a scientific point of view of the essence and content of the motivation system as a scientific category of economic theory and management theory.
