The central function in personnel management in modern developed organizations that carry out effective and rational activities is motivation. In this article, it is proposed to increase the motivation of specialists with the help of the Japanese technology "Kaizen", which acts as an additional form of stimulating the labor activity of personnel. It is important to note that the entire team of specialists - from the lowest to the highest levels-is interested in improving the productivity of the organization. The effectiveness of the Japanese system is reflected in the final result of economic activity.
