One of the most important factors in the effective operation of an enterprise is staff motivation and the hospitality industry is no exception, because the degree of customer satisfaction depends on the staff work . This article proposes the features of the motivation system in the hotel business, based both on the basic traditional theories and significantly different. The recommendations on improving the current motivation system are proposed.
