Organization motivation system

The article reveals the concept of a motivation system in an organization, the main tasks, as well as the approaches of companies to its improvement. The relevance of this work is: identifying the reasons for the low level of the motivation system at the enterprise, an approach to the development of a motivation system and ways to solve these problems.
