The system of elementary vocational education in the Krasnoyarsk territory in early XXI century: from survival to development

The article considers the problems of the reformation of the system of EVE in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in conditions of transition to the active phase of modernization of Russian education, identifies the features of this process at the regional level. The authors analyze target educational programs, diversification of educational institutions in the system of EVE, its positive and negative results, the impact of labor market on career guidance of students.
