Apprenticeship in the dual education: teachers professional development

The article explores the apprenticeship as a key element of the teachers professional development in the system of dual education realized by the Chelyabinsk state technical secondary school of industry and humanities named after A.V. Yakovlev and PAO ‘CHTPZ’. The contradictions of the formation and development of the professional and educational space of the pedagogue’s personality and the ways of their solution are described in the paper. The article presents the model of the teachers professional development in the frames of dual education which is used contemporary.
