The development of a system of new contractual structures in the field of innovative and entrepreneurial activities using a comparative analysis of achievements and problems of legal regulation in the field of science in Russia and foreign countries will contribute to the development of an optimal legal model for the participation of the Russian Federation in the processes of international scientific and technical cooperation, and developments, including in the digital environment. The scientific novelty of the present is determined by the development of a number of models in the comprehension of innovative and entrepreneurial activities in the field of public-private partnership and the preparation on their basis of a series of new contractual designs. The latter are poorly represented in the existing practice of comprehending this sphere of economic activity. In addition, they will allow to enter into joint activity with the least expenses for participants of international business turnover, without forming a legal entity on the subject of innovation activity.
