Compulsory insurance system in Russia. Use of foreign experience

The article examines the compulsory health insurance system, analyzes the foreign experience of regulating the insurance system. This article uses a comparative method, a logical method, and an analysis method. The conclusion is that in Germany, unlike in Russia, insurance is more efficient and covers a significant part of the costs.
