System of estimation of physical preparation of students and youth of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia)

The authors of the article have developed and introduced into practice of physical education the system of assessment of the level of physical preparation of students and young people living in the conditions of the North. The topicality of the problem of the research is based on the fact that at this stage in the country the issues related to the creation of the system of assessment of indicators of physical preparation of population of different ages are not worked out enough. There is the lack of scientific works, devoted to the monitoring of the indicators of physical preparation in the conditions of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), criteria for assessment, collection and analysis of data are not developed.
