The system of assessment of personnel’s value system and working efficiency at the trading company

The article describes the results of the research of value systems of managers and trading operations personnel working at the supermarket chain of St. Petersburg. The team’s assessment of each employee’s working efficiency and their value systems were studied. The structure of value systems of staff allows predicting the efficiency of the team as a whole, making the selection and rotation of personnel in the team, which has a positive impact on the economic and production performance of the commercial enterprise.
