System of assessing the dialectic of business process types in the company’s activities

The article is devoted to the dialectic of business process types. The relevance of the research topic is justified by the fact that business processes are widespread and used in companies around the world. In the conditions of the modern dynamic market, characterized by high competition and rapid technological changes, effective management of business processes becomes a key success factor for any organization. The purpose of the study is to identify problems in the business processes of PAO Severstal, to make proposals for solving these problems, and to familiarize with the dialectic of business process types. The methods of this study include: dialectics, deduction, analysis, induction, forecasting method, and systems approach. The study provided the concepts of a business process, process and dialectic of business processes, considered the business processes of PAO Severstal, identified problems, and, based on the assessment of business processes, proposed measures to solve these problems. One of them was the event to replace old equipment with new and, accordingly, retrain employees, and its economic efficiency was calculated.
