The article considers the features of personnel evaluation system in accordance with the results-based management. The authors suggest supplementing the traditional system of evaluation with the modern elements oriented on development of an enterprise. The correlation between the assessment and the development of personnel with an aim to build a life cycle of an employee is shown in the research.
