The system for evaluating the effectiveness of labor resources at the enterprise of the road construction industry

This article discusses a system for evaluating the effectiveness of labor resources at an enterprise in the road construction industry. It is established that the introduction of an assessment of the effectiveness of labor resources at a road construction enterprise will allow not only to informatively ensure the process of making organizational and personnel decisions, but also by analyzing the results to determine the directions of their improvement through the differentiation of employees with high, medium and low levels of rating assessment.
