System for organizing state control (supervision) in the field of fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources in the Murmansk region

The article notes the legal consolidation of such concepts as: fishing, aquatic biological resources and their definitions; characteristics of geographical, natural, climatic features of the Murmansk region are given; the concept of fishing and species is defined: industrial and coastal. An analysis of powers in the field of fishing and conservation of biological resources in the region was carried out - the Governor, the Government of the region, the executive authorities of the Federation and the regions.
