Considering the system of public administration in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy), we note that it has undergone significant changes, and both the composition and competence of public authorities with powers in the field of anti-crisis public administration in the field of insolvency during the formation of this system differed significantly from the current one. The article discusses the system of public administration in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy), in its legal expression. The history of the formation of the system of public administration in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy) is described. The legal problems of the imperfection of the public administration system in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy) are revealed. It is proposed to eliminate by granting the control (supervision) body the status of a person participating in the bankruptcy arbitration process and making appropriate amendments to paragraph 2 of Article 35 of the Bankruptcy Law.
