System authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation: about the research instruments

The article deals with the tools research system authorities of the Russian Federation, it is determined that a full investigation of the system of authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation is possible with using different tools, and taking into account the brevity of the Constitution with regard to securing the foundations of the organization of the authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation opens up possibilities for interpretation of constitutional norms thereby political platform for stability in the relations of the organization of the system of state power of the subject of the Russian Federation.
