Educational conditions for qualitative military vocational training of the officers of the national guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article presents the research results dealing with the definition and justification of educational conditions necessary for effective military training of future officers of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The author discusses the moral and psychological qualities of an officer, practice-focused activities, formation of professional skills, enrichment of educational process with dialogue interaction between teachers and students, educational support, and introduction of the model of officers' training for the National Guard.
