We investigate the effect of radiation Raman laser with a wavelength of 1265 nm on redox-dependent processes in erythrocytes and plasma of mice with cervical cancer. In plasma and erythrocytes of healthy mice and mice with experimental cervical cancer was evaluated by lipid peroxidation the malondialdehyde level and enzymatic link of the antioxidant system activity of catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione reductase, and glutathione transferase after exposure to the Raman laser with λ=1265 nm at doses of 0,2 and 1 kJ/cm 2. Found that radiation Raman laser at a dose of 1 kJ/cm 2 initiates the development of a pronounced oxidative stress in the body-the tumor without causing disturbances in the system of lipid peroxidation-antioxidants in the body healthy animals.
