Power supply system of Trans-Baikal Buryat in the first half of the XIX century

The article is characterized by the condition of the power system of the Buryat of Trans-Baikal area in the first half of the XIX century. The author highlights the change in diet different ethnoterritorial groups of Trans-Baikal Buryat in the context of processes taking place in the economy as a result of the policy sedentarization, as well as intercultural interaction of the peoples of the region. It was found out, that there were local peculiarities in different food ethnoterritorial groups. The structure of nutrition of the Trans-Baikal Buryat largely remained the same and the value of dairy foods in it is crucial. We can speak about significant transformation of power in respect of part only of the Buryat region (sedentary Buryats).
