The system of payments on natural resources for the sustainable development of resource territory

In this article the grounds of resource territory transition on principles of the stable development are considered. The present system of special taxation of the natural resource sector is analyzed from the point of view of conditions formation for the transition of the territory on the stable development principles from Krasnoyarsk territory example. The new methodical approach to reform the system of natural resource taxes satisfying interests of the stable development of resource territory is suggested.
