System of personnel training, adapted to requirements of regional labour market

The points of training of high-qualified personnel of all levels as well as working professions are highlighted in the article. Characteristics of training of stuff of primary professional education in the Vladimir Oblast are presented. Basis for formation and fulfilment of branch order for training and increase in personnel qualification is represented.
