The analysis of operated sampling systems for ensuring the control of water and chemical regime of boiler-turbine equipment at thermal power plants is provided, their deficiencies and tendencies of further development are revealed. The advanced sampling system is offered and results of the developed devices for protection the devices of automatic chemical control against the increased temperatures of test, the filter and throttle device are given. Results of research the characteristics of filter and throttle device, temperature controller and shut-off valve are given.
