System of powers of local self-government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in socio-economic sphere

In the article, the authors studied the legal features of the powers of local government bodies in the socio-economic sphere in the Kyrgyz Republic. During the study, the ability of local government bodies to exercise their powers was determined. In addition, the scientific article sets out the general principles of organizing the work of local government bodies, describes the differences between centralized and decentralized management, and analyzes the functions and powers of local government bodies in the socio-economic sphere.
