System of principles of civil procedural law in light of reformation civil procedural legislation

The relevance of theoretical definition of principles of civil procedural law is in constantly changing social and economic situation. The basis of this work is definitions of principles made by scholars. The problems of realization of some principle of civil procedural law, for example, principal of procedural economy, continuity and competitiveness are stated in the article. The article is written with use of law-comparative, structure-functional and legalistic methods. The conclusion is that legal ideas the principals based on must be based on real legal relationships, otherwise, they cannot achieve the initial feature of legal principle - regulating.
