Socialization of future specialists in the social sphere through the formation of professional and value orientations

The article presents the author’s program suitable for socialization of future specialists in the social sphere. The program may be used to form professional and value orientations. The article describes effectiveness indicators and the system of forming professional and value orientations. The article describes the experiment and a successful confirmation of the hypothesis about the correlation between successful professional socialization of students and their systematic involvement into socially significant events.
