The system of social and legal support of college students as a factor of successful prevention of offenses

The article highlights topical issues of crime prevention among young people. The article presents statistics of cases of deviant behavior among adolescents across the Russian Federation for the period 2019-2020, which determines the importance of interaction between teaching staff of educational organizations and law enforcement officers in the prevention of offenses in the student environment. The experience of creating a socio-educational environment in the Chelyabinsk region focused on social and legal support of college students is considered. The practice of creating a system of social and legal support for students is shown on the example of the activities of the South Ural Multidisciplinary College (hereinafter referred to as the GBPOU «YUMK») on the prevention of deviant behavior of students, including suicidal behavior. The emphasis is made on the fact that the educational system of the GBPOU «YUMK» is based on the combined interaction of all the principles and elements of the educational process, based on the fundamental regulatory documents. The socio-educational environment is described, conceptually supported and designed according to the main directions of innovation activities of the regional innovation platform on the topic «The system of social and legal support of college students as a factor in the successful prevention of offenses». The tools are presented that contribute to the formation of new attitudes of positive social orientation of students. The results of the activities of teachers in the system of crime prevention among college students are presented.
