Incentive system as a factor of prevention of emotional burnout of teachers

The article reveals the concept of "emotional burnout". Some factors influencing the formation of emotional burnout are listed. It is noted that one of the types of prevention of this phenomenon among teachers is the system of incentives adopted in an educational institution. An empirical study proves the effectiveness of awarding bonuses to the school's teaching staff and highlights the indicators of burnout that are formed in conditions of a shortage of financial incentives.
