The article deals with the conditions of development of professionally important qualities of students of 3-4 courses of the faculty of social. Physical education is an academic discipline and its role associated with such changes, health, level of physical fitness. The article presents the complex of interval training on the system, "TABATA", which effectively proved itself in increasing the level ophysical preparedness of students to employment by physical culture at the University.
