The system of customs-tariff regulation in the EAEU at the present stage

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of customs-tariff regulation in the EAEU at the present stage of development. The peculiarities of customs-tariff regulation within the framework of the EAEU are revealed, the main problems are disclosed. The relevance of the article lies in the fact that customs-tariff regulation is a constantly developing set of methods of state regulation of foreign trade activity both in the EAEU as a whole and in each member state of the Union. The article raises the question of ways to improve customs-tariff regulation within the EAEU.
