The system of transformation of state economic role and regulatory policy

The article deals with the modern trends of transformation of the economic role and regulatory policy of a state. The six key areas of such transformation are distinguished. Basing upon the cybernetic approach by analyzing the nature of the control parameters the authors discuss the correlation of these areas. The paper considers the criteria of the transformation feasibility, including the economic security indicators and the type of competitive advantage. The main trends of modification, the control parameters and the feasibility indicators form a united system of transformation.
