An effective quality management system of an enterprise in any industry is not only its high-quality work, when all work processes become clear, but also an increase in the financial attractiveness of the company. Ultimately, the presence of a functioning quality management system at the enterprise is closely related to improving the competence of employees in various types of management. The manager, in turn, in each of the management systems should contribute to the achievement of the overall goals of the enterprise in the satisfaction of high-quality goods and services on an ongoing basis. This article is devoted to the competence of specialists of organizations in the field of quality management of the real sector of the economy. For this purpose, the system of formation of competence management of specialists, its concept, principles, organizational structure, methods and means ensuring its effectiveness were considered. Based on the results of the analysis of the factors determining the quality of the quality management system, a possible approach to the training of specialists of organizations in the field of management systems (quality management, environmental management, information security management, lean production management) is proposed.
