This article examines the role of the personnel management system in the strategic development of the company. A strategy for effective personnel management has also been formed to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization, its impact on productivity and employee engagement is emphasized. The high interest in this topic is due to the fact that currently the company's staff is a strategic resource of any enterprise, regardless of its organizational and legal form. Thus, improving the quality of the personnel management system becomes one of the main tasks of a modern company.
