Enterprise management system

Аnnotation: Currently, more and more attention is paid to management related processes. The use of corporate forms of management, the introduction of a well-coordinated mechanism, the correct management system, cause a reasonable interest in the theory and practice of modern enterprise management, therefore the management system must be flexible and adapt to changes in the external environment. The article presents an analysis of current issues of the enterprise management system.
