The article reviews the problems in project management, appeared in the enterprise after 10 years from the moment of initial implementation of PMBoK management standard, it includes the results of deep analysis done for problems with enterprise and projects management, there are improvement actions proposed. The author proves that implemented project management systems undergo corrosion due to failure to act or due to intentional deteriorating impact by personnel.
