Talent management system in Chinese information technology companies

The article analyses the peculiarities of the talent management system in the IT sector in China. The intensive growth of this sector requires qualified specialists and new approaches to their management. Cultural peculiarities predetermine the emergence of new HR management models that combine Western practices and local specifics. The purpose of this study is to identify the peculiarities of talent management system in Chinese IT companies. Comparative analysis and systematic approach are used as methods to compare Western and Chinese management practices. It was found that Chinese IT companies use a hybrid system for talent management, which has a number of characteristic features.
