Management system of theatrical organizations of the Chelyabinsk region in the period of restructuring (1985-1991)

Reforming the management system of theatrical organizations of the Chelyabinsk region in the period of restructuring is considered in the article. The authors pay special attention to the integrated experiment to improve the management and the efficiency of the work of theatres. Along with the financial and political aspects of the issue the artistic aspects of the experiment made in the period of restructuring are revealed.
