Cost management system for heat and power enterprises

The article explores the problem of cost management in thermal power enterprises. The role of cost management in the efficiency of business entities is estimated. It has been revealed that for heat and power enterprises the features of cost management have not been fully studied. Heat power enterprises are characterized by their own specifics. A cost management system is proposed at a heat and power enterprise taking into account their specifics. As part of the cost management system, a formula is proposed and described for calculating the total cost of thermal energy.
